Zero 2 One Fee Structure
Zero 2 One provides advisory services as well as strategic roles, particularly with startups, using a variety of fee structures based on the customer and their needs.
Our methodology is to meet with the customer and review the scope of their project. Based on this meeting we will define if the project wiil be billed on an hourly or daily basis, or whether a flat fee will be more suitable to explore a flat rate for the project.
Our Fee Structure is outlined as follows:
• Hourly Rates: For short term projects Zero 2 One charges on an hourly basis. This is the method we use for short consultations or ad-hoc advice.
• Project-Based Fees: This fee structure is used for well-defined strategic projects (e.g., fundraising strategy, international expansion plan). Depending on the time and complexity of the project the rates can vary and are calculated based on estimated time plus a significant premium for the strategic value delivered.
•Monthly Retainers: For ongoing advisory relationships, providing clients with continuous access to our strategic insights.
• Success-Based Pricing: Fees tied directly to the results achieved (e.g., percentage of funds raised, share of revenue increase).
• Equity/Advisory Shares: In the case of equity, this is agreed between the customer and Zero 2 One in lieu of or in combination with reduced cash fees.
